About this role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Communications Associate to join our marketing team here at Guava. As a Communications Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media and community presence and driving engagement through strategic communication. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective social media strategies, create compelling content, and engage with our audience to enhance brand awareness and foster meaningful connections.
Your Impact to the team
- Execute comprehensive social media communication strategies across various platforms.
- Create engaging and persuasive written content for long form and short form content including but not limited to captions, headlines, blog posts and ad campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align communications with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
- Conduct regular social media analysis to gain insights and optimize content strategy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and impactful content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and create engaging content relevant to our target audience.
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and trends, and recommend strategies to leverage new opportunities.
